Save to Apple Photos
On iPhone or iPad: tap Save to Photos on a picture. The share sheet opens — choose Add to Photos or Save Image. In the Photos app they land in Recents, ready to add to a shared album.
On a Mac: tap Download, then drag the file onto Photos, or File → Import.
En iPhone: toca Save to Photos y elige Agregar a Fotos. En Mac: descarga y arrastra a Fotos.
